L’esperienza in questo hotel è stata stupenda, ma Paola ha reso tutto ancora più perfetto. Attenta, precisa, sempre sorridente e gentile. Una persona meravigliosa. Abbiamo approfittato dell’opzione meal deal per 2 sere su 3 che dire, eccezionale!! Grazie Eleonora

Stanza spaziosa, molto pulita s confortevole. Letto e cuscini super. Bagno molto spazioso,buon getto della doccia, disponibili sapone liquido mani e bagnoschiuma, non altri articoli come dental kit, cuffia doccia etc. Ho apprezzato il bollitore per il the in camera. Una TV piatta enorme. Ottima colazione con alimenti dolci, salati e frutta. Il personale disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca: la finestra della camera (di nessuna camera) si può aprire, il cambio d'aria è operato dal sistema di aerazione, e non è il massimo. Si rientra ritrovando un odore di chiuso abbastanza spiacevole. Spero che questo aspetto si possa migliorare perché ho gradito tutto.

Excellent service in the restaurant from all the staff, especially Paola. Very polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s nice to see staff smiling and doing a great job for all the hotel guests. Would recommend the Premier Inn, London Road, Maidstone. Great stay, thanks

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were a large group and had a few rooms, they were clean and super comfy. My main reason for this review was to say a huge thank you to Aisha! On our arrival she welcomed us with a huge smile and was very helpful and polite she answered our questions sufficiently and professionally and maintained professional at all times. From the bottom of our hearts Thank you Aisha 😊

Great location close to the trains and to the centre of maidstoe. Staff are lovely and so helpful with any queries I may have. The rooms are a great size with plenty of space, clean and the beds are very comfortable with clean white sheets. Any time i stay here i have a great experience and will be back. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in maidstone

10/10 experience ! My landlord had to decant me to a nearby hotel due to essential works in the middle of the night. . The team were so accommodating so polite they put me the customer first. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Steve for a warm welcome. Peter you were so understanding listening to my predicament. Reassured me to have breakfast and settle down! Kirsty, Crystal and Aisha.... were so cheerful and didn't make me feel awkward as I'm here alone. haha. It's the little things. The manager Charlenne was real cool and understanding too and ensured I got a great deal. Thank you all for turning my into a great stay. Thank you all Naomi Ediru.

Nice hotel but parking is expensive. Stayed in the premier plus room which is well worth the bit extra. Rooms are clean and well presented. The lift on the right did have a bit of a smell, even over the two nights we stayed. The staff are lovely, Wendy was particularly helpful and very friendly.
